Paul has accumulated 40 plus years of expereince that included all phases of practice and most building and construction types. Paul started his architectural career in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1979 with work for major firms on projects that ranged from multi-family housing to office facilities, schools, high-rise multi-owner construction, and a variety of retail building types. Paul relocated to the Alexandria area in 1991 where he started Ringdahl Architects and is the current project architect on staff.

Dustin received his AAS Degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating Technology from North dakota State College of Science in May of 1997; his AAS Degree in Construction Technology from North Dakota State College of Science in May of 1998; his Bachelors Dgree in Environmental Design in May of 2007 and his Masters Degree in Architecture from North Dakota State College in Fargo in May of 2008.

Dustin Purchased Ringdahl Architects in 2014 and is the Principle-In-Charge. He comeswith 23 years of experience in the construction and design fields. He has experience in; Multi-Family housing, office facilities, school projects, retail, mercantile and residential construction.

Dustin is involved in; Habitat for Humanity fund development committee, SERTOMA member, Rotary member, Alexandria Elks Lodge #1685 trustee and the Alexandria Area High School EMTNR Acedemy board member.
